Transform Your Yard with Creative Garden Pathways

Contracting the services of a reputable and traditional landscaping company is the best way to achieve uniform manicured paths in highly trafficked areas of your yard. That is absolutely not what we do.

While we have studied and learned from watching countless hours of DIY videos what the essential building blocks and foundational elements of long standing, durable stone pathways are, traditional walkways bored us. We build the right foundations for the pathways I wanted, digging along my curvy, snaky path outlines, and then I watched my partner lay sand, then crushed stone, tamper and measure. Then we started on the fun parts.

As an artist, I wanted to enjoy the process and pour some of my creativity into these elements, while making sure these pathways were built like the pros would build them, to withstand time.

My first few attempts were inspired by free bricks and pavers I was able to source through FB marketplace, and we experimented with many different materials and binding agents, and  made so many mistakes along the way. Year two required some patches and fixes, but also showcased what materials and experiments had worked well, and we proofed out methods and materials that can withstand winters in our climate.

As a result, we now confidently offer this creative outlet to our clients, and prefer to work hand in hand with you to help you design, implement but also incorporate your own ideas, and those of your family and especially children into the process. We find it makes the process more enjoyable and sentimental to our clients in the long-run, while also helping to reduce your costs. Our favourite pathway designs include recycled, donated and re-used materials, so start stocking up, and contact us if you need advice, want ideas, aren’t sure where to get started or just like what we do and want to give us creative freedom to create some garden pathways in your yard.
